At Tiy Frenchies, your peace of mind is our priority. We’re committed to the health, care, and quality of every French Bulldog we raise. That’s why we proudly offer a 12 months Health Guarantee on all of our puppies.

✅ What Our Health Guarantee Covers

1. Initial Veterinary Examination

We strongly recommend taking your new Frenchie to a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of bringing them home. If your vet identifies a pre-existing illness, injury, or clinical condition likely present before pickup, you’ll have the following options:

• Full Refund – Return the puppy for a full refund of the purchase price.

• Puppy Exchange – Exchange your puppy for one of equal value (based on availability).

• Vet Reimbursement – Keep your puppy and receive reimbursement for vet care (up to the original purchase price).

2. Genetic or Hereditary Conditions

If your puppy is diagnosed with a genetic or hereditary health issue within 12 months of adoption—or, in rare cases, passes away due to one—we offer:

• Full Refund

• Puppy Exchange

• Vet Expense Reimbursement (up to the full purchase price)

📌 To qualify, you must notify us within 2 business days of your vet’s diagnosis. We will require:

• Your vet’s contact information

• A signed health certificate confirming the diagnosis

Failure to notify us within this timeframe will void the health guarantee.

❌ What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

• Routine Veterinary Care – Vaccinations, deworming, flea/tick treatments, and wellness exams

• Injuries or Accidents – Any condition resulting from owner negligence, injury, or accidents after pickup

🏛️ State Law Compliance

We fully comply with state-specific regulations regarding pet health guarantees.
In states where no formal policy is required, we voluntarily provide this 12 months guarantee to protect every new puppy and their family.
